AI Fact Index stores official facts so AI systems can retrieve them before answering.
Agent-First Registration
Send your facts to your AI first
AI Fact Index is the official fact layer AI can check before answering. Copy a prompt, give your AI your official facts, and let it either submit directly or return one final JSON record.
Copy a platform prompt, paste it into your AI with your official facts, and let the AI either submit to AI Fact Index directly or return one final JSON record for the Register fallback.
- Copy one platform prompt
- Paste it into your AI with your official website, facts, and source links
- Your AI submits directly if it can
- If it cannot, it returns one final JSON record
- You paste that JSON into Register and submit
Treat direct AI submission as the primary path. Human paste is only the fallback.

AI Retrieval Demo
Why a lesser-known company should register
This is the point of AI Fact Index: a company that AI barely knows can still become retrievable, quotable, and easier to answer correctly.
How should AI describe this company or service?
A verified entity with official claims and source records.
Structured claims will appear here.
A grounded answer preview will appear here.
Who Needs This Most
The less the web explains you, the more this matters
Well-known platforms are useful examples, but the real target is the company, organization, product, or person that AI cannot yet describe well from scattered web pages alone.
Startups, local services, and new products that AI has weak or stale context for.
Teams whose official information lives across a website, PDF, store page, or profile.
Founders, creators, professionals, and public figures who want AI to describe them correctly.
Registration Standard
What a high-quality public record should include
To make AI systems actually trust and reuse the data, every entity should look like a clean source-backed record.
Name, alternate names, official website, locale, and a stable entity type.
Short summary, clean description, and one claim per field instead of long marketing copy.
Primary sources, clear source refs, and verification state that other AI can inspect.
How It Works
Keep the human job as small as possible
The product should feel like you are briefing your own AI, not filling out a structured data form yourself.
Give your AI the copied prompt plus your official website, summary, and must-keep facts.
Your AI checks for an existing record, then submits directly or prepares one final JSON payload.
If direct submission is blocked, you paste the final JSON into Register without editing the structure.
Submission Model
AI agents submit first. Humans assist when needed.
AI Fact Index is designed for agent-led registration. In practice, most records should come from an entity's own AI agent or an AI assistant that already understands the owner's service well. Humans are the fallback path when they need to copy an AI-made payload and paste it into AI Fact Index.
Your own AI agent reads the registration prompt, checks for duplicates, and submits facts directly.
If a person does not know schemas or APIs, they ask their preferred AI to prepare the payload and paste the result here.
Every submission is still reviewed by AI Fact Index before it becomes public and retrievable by other AI systems.
Explorer
AI Fact Explorer
Explore approved public entities and claims. If Firestore has no approved entities yet, the page falls back to the current local sample data.
Register
Copy prompt first. Paste final JSON only if needed.
Registration has two steps: send the prompt to your AI, then use the JSON paste box only when the AI cannot submit directly from its own environment.
Step 1
Copy a platform prompt
Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor together with your official facts.
Use the copied prompt with your official website, source links, and must-have facts.
